D. Scott Peterson
Scott began his career in 1987 with Edward Jones. In 2004, he left Edward Jones to form his own independent firm, Peterson Wealth Management. He holds multiple certifications and individual awards for his service to clients and their needs. He has the Series 6, 7, 63, 66 and 24 securities licenses, as well as life, and health insurance licenses. He is a Registered Representative (RR) with M.S. Howell's & Co, and an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) for Peterson Wealth Management. He serves as Principal and is the founder of Peterson Wealth Management.
Scott graduated from Gustavus Adolphus college in Minnesota with a B.S. in American History and Political Science. In addition he holds an M.A. in American History from Indiana University in Bloomington. This extensive knowledge in American History, plus years of experience in fundamental and technical securities analysis, allows him to guide clients through the financial market’s ups and downs. Using this background, he constructs investment models tailored to an individual client’s investment objectives, timeframes and goals.
